What to Take to a Judo Class

Your first judo class - how exciting, what an amazing journey is opening up to you. It may be trite to say, but judo is a way of life for many people; it is a sport that you can do from childhood to old age.

For your first class, the most important thing is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Generally, clubs will lend you a gi (judo suit) for the first few lessons, to see if you like it.
