What to Pack for London

London is without question the best city in the entire world. And I know because I have lived here for most of my life. It goes without saying that irony is one of the first things that you will have to get used to in London. Other prominent features are weather (we have a lot of it, and we talk about it even more), cricket, black cabs and Brexit.

The list below imagines that you are travelling to London for a few days and spend your time sight-seeing, shopping, eating and going out in the evening. London is not excessively dressy, especially during the day. There is a certain sort of scruffy chic (think Hugh Grant in Four Weddings and a Funeral). In the evening, people tend to dress up much more.
